Chief Executive Officer (MBA, FACHE)
Thirty years of healthcare and technology C-suite experience commercializing innovative business models and technologies have helped Keith Pinter find unique and effective ways to profitably improve the healthcare experience for both providers and patients. His proven success with some of the largest health systems and startups gives him a unique perspective on successfully executing change and rapidly scaling healthcare provider organizations.

Chief Medical (MD, MBA)
As a practicing clinical neuro-radiologist for prominent health organizations and partner and managing director of a venture capital firm, Dr. Mike Phillips provides an impressive operational and investment insight to the team. During his over twenty years in the field, he has engaged in projects that have resulted in extensive expense reduction and quality improvement while engaging in strong frontline participation.

Chief Operating Officer (MD, MSA)
The balance of business and medicine as a practicing clinic based physician is the core strength behind Dr. Bollimpalli's ability to impact change while connecting with physicians. Working and directing physicians for a large number of practices is not new for Dr. Bollimpalli. Helping them assume more risk will allow them to focus on spending quality time with patients instead of focusing on the quantity of patients.
Noted Accomplishments:
- President of Envision Pain Division with a P&L of 60M
- Led and developed multidimensional clinical and operational teams focused on improving quality and driving a threefold increase in EBIDTA in two years.
VP of Managed Care
With over 24 years of expertise in managed care, healthcare operations, and strategy, Jacquie has successfully developed robust provider networks, innovative value-based payment models, & adeptly negotiated complex risk, pay-for-performance, & fee-for-service contracts. Her vast experience spans across various healthcare domains, including commercial, MA, & Medicaid products. She leads Rise in developing and implementing contract-related processes & policies, leading to streamlined operations and enhanced efficiency driving organizational growth and maintaining compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Noted Accomplishments:
- Led and developed strategy to achieve over $6m in savings in one year for regional healthplan
- Developed and implemented innovative value-based model that provided Medicaid population with access to food, exercise, and behavioral health services.

Chief Financial Officer
Scott Dalgleish is Rise Health’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the finance function, including revenue cycle management, accounting, corporate development and financial planning and analysis. Scott has worked in finance leadership roles in healthcare for close to 10 years, focused primarily on increasing the reach and scope of value-based care nationwide.
Noted Accomplishments:
- Served as Chief Financial Officer for The Oncology Institute (NASDAQ: TOI), the nation’s leader in value-based oncology care
- Served as the CFO for Providence Health Network and Providence’s Medical Group operations in California, driving significant improvements in the health system’s managed care business
- Formerly held executive level finance roles with Concerto Health and DaVita Medical Group (now Optum)
Chief Strategy Officer
With a background in finance and early stage healthcare company launching, investing & building, Joseph focuses on bringing the best in class tools to the providers Rise serves. Mr. Whitner has launched care management, patient engagement, and tele-heath solutions with providers & plans for the last decade. He leads Rise’s business development efforts and supports acquisition efforts with new practices.

Chief Technology Officer
Chris Strahorn has spent nearly twenty five years working at the intersection of technology and product. He utilizes his deep technical, business, and operational expertise to ensure that technology is an essential element of a company's success.
Noted Accomplishments:
- Founded the Healthcare Business Unit at Accolite Digital, helping the business to grow from 10 people to over 2500 and through its recent strategic investment from New Mountain Capital.
- CTO and technical leadership at multiple early stage startups.
